Thrive Psychological Wellness was founded in 2024 with a straightforward purpose: to make quality psychiatric care genuinely accessible in Oregon, without the long waits, fragmented referrals, or impersonal clinic experience that too many patients have come to expect.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care for adults and adolescents across a wide range of mental health conditions. Appointments are available in person at our Portland and Multnomah offices, and through secure telehealth for patients anywhere in Oregon. Scheduling is built around real life, not the other way around.
