Elevated Advisement

Elevated Advisement is a luxury real estate advisory team at Compass, led by Zeve Salman and Eric Brown. We serve buyers and sellers across Manhattan with a family office approach: discreet, strategic, and built around your goals rather than the transaction. We specialize in the West Village, Tribeca, SoHo, and Manhattan's premier condominiums and co-ops, with particular depth in off-market sales, new development, and building-specific representation. Our team has closed record sales at buildings including The Greenwich Lane, 56 Leonard Street, and 80 Clarkson Street. Much of what we advise on never reaches a listings portal. Quiet sales, board strategy, and pricing in buildings where comps are sealed are the situations our clients hire us for. Beyond transactions, we publish the tools and research our clients ask about most: NYC buyer and seller closing cost calculators, the pied-a-terre tax calculator, and building and neighborhood guides. Elevated Advisement helps clients make informed and confident property decisions.
