Yes! Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, find your listing and click Edit. You can update business hours, phone number, address, photos, and any other details at any time.

How many listings can I add?+

You can add multiple business listings under one account. If you own more than one business or location, create a separate listing for each — all completely free.

What if I want to delete my listing?+

You can delete your listing at any time by logging into your Dashboard and selecting the delete option for your listing. If you need help, contact our support team through the Contact Us page and we will assist you promptly.

Is my business listing visible on mobile devices?+

Absolutely! Our entire website is fully responsive and mobile-friendly. Your listing will look great and function perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. Since over 60% of local searches happen on mobile, this is extremely important.

Can I add my social media links to the listing?+

Simply log in and edit your listing. Keeping your information up to date is very important — outdated contact details can cause you to lose potential customers. We recommend reviewing your listing at least once every 3 months to ensure everything is accurate.

Yes! Service-based businesses such as freelancers, consultants, plumbers, electricians, and delivery services are all welcome. You can specify your service area instead of a specific storefront address. This is perfect for businesses that operate across multiple locations or travel to clients.

How do I respond to customer reviews?+

You can respond to reviews by logging into your account and visiting your listing page. Responding to reviews — both positive and negative — shows professionalism and builds customer trust. Always be polite, thank customers for positive feedback, and professionally address any concerns in negative reviews.

Is there a limit on how long my listing description can be?+

There is no strict word limit, but we recommend writing a description of at least 100–200 words. A detailed description that includes your services, location, unique selling points, and keywords will perform significantly better in search results and attract more customers.

Will my listing expire?+

Free listings remain active as long as your account is active and in good standing. We do not automatically expire or remove listings. However, we recommend keeping your listing updated to maintain its visibility and relevance in search results.

Can I report a fake or incorrect listing?+

Yes. If you come across a listing that contains false information, is spam, or violates our guidelines, please report it through our Contact Us page. Our team will review and take appropriate action within 24–48 hours.

Any registered user with a free account can submit a blog post. You must be logged in to access the Publish Your Blog page. Creating an account is quick, easy, and completely free.

What type of content can I submit?+

We welcome high-quality, original content related to:

We only accept featured images in WebP format. WebP images are smaller in size and load faster, which improves performance and SEO. Convert your images using free tools like Squoosh.app or Convertio.co.

How long does it take for my blog post to be published?+

After submission, your post goes into a pending review queue. Our editorial team reviews each post for quality. This typically takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, your post will be live and visible to all visitors.

Can I add links in my blog post?+

Yes, you can add both internal and external links using the rich text editor. However:

  • Links should be relevant and add value to readers
  • Excessive promotional or affiliate links may cause rejection
  • Links to spammy or low-quality websites are not allowed
Will my name appear on the published blog post?+

What if my blog post is rejected?+

We accept AI-assisted content only if it has been significantly edited, personalized, and fact-checked by a human author. Purely AI-generated content without human review or originality may be rejected. We prioritize authentic, valuable articles that genuinely help our readers.

Will my blog post be promoted on social media?+

High-quality and well-performing articles may be shared on our social media channels to reach a wider audience. This is done at our discretion based on content quality, engagement, and relevance to our community. Writing consistently great content increases your chances of being featured.
